ANHD's Affordable Housing Institute is offering a five-week low-cost, high-intensity, high-impact skills training program starting September 26, 2024. Trainings will be held on the follow days: • Thursday, September 26, 2024 from 10 am to 12 pm • Thursday, October 3, 2024 from 10 am to 12 pm • Thursday, October 10, 2024 from 10 am to 12 pm • Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 10 am to 12 pm • Thursday, October 24, 2024 from 10 am to 12 pm Throughout this training, participants will: • Understand HPD/HDC term sheets • Finance low-income multi-family rental projects • Focus on ELLA and 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits • Engage in interactive peer-to-peer learning • Build critical skills for NYC housing development Participating ANHD Members, such as Beulah HDFC Inc., Community Voices Heard, Cypress Hills LDC, and more, have already benefited from this training! Spaces are limited to 10 total participants.
