ANHD's Affordable Housing Institute is offering a five-week low-cost, high-intensity, high-impact skills training program starting September 26, 2024. Trainings will be held on the follow days: • Thursday, September 26, 2024 from 10 am to 12 pm • Thursday, October 3, 2024 from 10 am to 12 pm • Thursday, October 10, 2024 from 10 am to 12 pm • Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 10 am to 12 pm • Thursday, October 24, 2024 from 10 am to 12 pm Throughout this training, participants will: • Understand HPD/HDC term sheets • Finance low-income multi-family rental projects • Focus on ELLA and 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits • Engage in interactive peer-to-peer learning • Build critical skills for NYC housing development Participating ANHD Members, such as Beulah HDFC Inc., Community Voices Heard, Cypress Hills LDC, and more, have already benefited from this training!
