ANHD's Affordable Housing Institute is offering a five-week low-cost, high-intensity, high-impact skills training program starting January 15, 2026. Throughout this training, participants will: Understand HPD/HDC term sheets Finance low-income multi-family rental projects Focus on ELLA and 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits Engage in interactive peer-to-peer learning Build critical skills for NYC housing development Participating ANHD Members, such as Beulah HDFC Inc., Community Voices Heard, Cypress Hills LDC, and more, have already benefited from this training!
