On Friday, February 21st at 2 pm, ANHD partners with the Empowered Block to hold a two-hour workshop entitled, “Building Equitable Communities: Navigating the Current Political Climate in Community Development.” During this workshop, we will discuss our experiences working in community development amidst the current political climate and what that means for our work. We will discuss community development policies at a local, state, and national scale and the anticipated impacts to how we navigate our work, our funders, and the communities we serve. Come prepared to participate in engaging conversations and explore how we can continue building equitable communities.
