ANHD’s Affordable Housing Institute (AHI) is partnering Strada Ventures to provide an in-depth look into construction sources and bond tests, as well as the importance of their interplay and issues to avoid. Key content material covered in the course includes: • Why and when are there construction sources? How do they differ from permanent sources? • How does a developer generate construction sources? • What are the bond tests-50% and 95-5? Why do they exist? • What is the interplay between construction sources and the bond tests, and why is it important? This virtual training will be taught by Courtney Horwitz, Founder and Principal of STRADA Ventures, LLC, a real estate consulting and development company with expertise in affordable housing. The class size will be limited to 10 participants to ensure deep engagement and interaction with the instructor and participants.
