ANHD’s Affordable Housing Institute (AHI) is partnering Strada Ventures and Goldstein Hall who will co-lead a training on the intersection of financial and legal intersection. This intermediate-level workshop will cover: • How to build out an initial draw schedule • How the timing of developer fee fits into the draw schedule • Walk through an Operating Agreement to see where and how the numbers in the draw schedule and the developer fee payments inform the agreement between the developer and the syndicator • Case study example of negotiation walking through how the draw schedule and operating agreement changed in tandem and how it impacted the financials of the deal Class size will be limited to 10 participants to ensure deep engagement and interaction with the instructor and participants.
